666 faction 

Terms of Agreement 

By joining the faction ‘666’ and signing this document you are, as a person (that refers exclusively to humans) agreeing to the below terms, conditions and rules, thus accept any consequence due to failure to abide by the below terms and conditions.

When reading the below terms, conditions and rules, you as a person (that refers exclusively to humans) are expected to apply basic common sense and or reasoning.

These terms, conditions and rules may be subject to change at any point in time. If any of these terms, conditions and rules do change, you as a '666' faction member, have the right to a new copy of this document and are required to sign it as a 'adjustment' to the current terms, conditions and rules.

At any point in the below terms when we use a pronoun to describe the generic term ‘faction’ (this includes but is not limited to ‘this’ and or ‘our’) we are only referring to the faction ‘666’.

Any attempt attempt to use a 'loop hole' and or any type of method to 'bend' the terms, conditions and rules given in this agreement is not condoned and my result in refusal of entry to the '666' faction.

Failing to report potential 'loop holes' and or any type of method to 'bend' the terms, conditions and rules given in this agreement will result in potential sanctions being made to your position and or rank status in the '666' faction.

By joining this faction you are agreeing not commit any attempt to provide any access to any persons or individuals to the factions base whom have not joined  the '666' faction. There will be no exceptions made to this rule unless agreed upon by the '666' faction owner and a second member of the faction that is a minimum of mod status/rank.

Secondly you also agree not to participate in any activities that are deemed but not limited to 'ludicrous', 'childish', or 'inappropriate'. This kind behaviour is not tolerated. Banta and or friendly teasing is allowed as long as it coincides with the terms, conditions and rules within this document.

Thirdly you are agreeing that, Discrimination and or bullying is not permitted  in our faction '666' at any time or situation. The action of 

Discrimination and or bullying includes but is not limited racist, sexist and or homophobic comments of any description whether intended or not intended to hurt any other persons or individuals, inside or outside of our faction '666'.

Fourthly you agree no to attempt or encourage the damaging of any '666' faction property. This includes but is not limited to, the base, the walls, water flows and the surrounding land.

Fifthly by joining the '666' faction you are agreeing that you are over 14 years of age, as well as this you will be required to communicate via the Skype application.

Sixthly you agree, as a member of the '666' faction that If you Break the server rules you take full responsibility for your actions and cannot hold the '666' faction liable for mistakes that you as a person have made.

Finally you agree as a '666' faction member to make a clear effort to Keep your power at the high level, this does not require you to be, by no means 'perfect ' . Any attempt to purposely reduce your power level is in violation of the terms, conditions and rules.

As a consequence of failing to abide by the above terms and conditions (regarding the entry the faction ‘666’) you put yourself, at risk of being permanently terminated from the faction ’666’. No exceptions will be given to any person or persons who have signed this agreement listed above. 

failing to abide by the above terms and conditions will allow you to be terminated at any point and as a potential result no warning will be given. As the '666' faction we also have to right to dismiss your role as a member of the '666' faction at any point but if it is due to a reason that is not listed in the terms, conditions and rules above, then a clear warning will be given and a agreement of dismissal will be made.
